Award Nominations

More of zevolution‘s work has been nominated for awards!

Homestamp has once again been acknowledged a a finalist in two categories at the Landlord and Letting Show Awards 2013/14.

In the Website category our work has been shortlisted as a finalist for www.homestamp.com  and in the Innovation category we have been shortlisted as a finalist for our work on Homestamp’s new educational project A Home of Your Own.

This year we were unsuccessful at the Awards – but we’ve been given excellent feedback by the judges and only missed out by a whisker. We congratulate everyone involved in these projects for this acknowledgement – and the hard work that everyone has put into them.

More Awards for Zevolution

The work zevolution has undertaken with the Homestamp Consortium has been accredited with another national award. Homestamp were winners at the Landlords and Lettings Awards 2012-13 on the 28th November 2012 in the Public Service-Not For Profit category.

We work with the Homestamp Consortium to raise safety awareness in private rented accommodation. This award was for the work on the revised Homestamp website along with other work the Consortium undertakes including:

  • One for landlords and private rented property owners “A Guide to Fire and Security Protection in Multi-Occupied Residential Properties”, which provides detailed guidance, in line with national requirements and regulations, for ensure property is as safe as possible.
  • A second guide “Read This First!” is specifically for those who looking to or are currently renting private property  – outlining all the areas that people should look for when viewing a property, the legal requirements and the range of allowances available to those who are seeking support. This has been updated with the latest guidance on the welfare reform changes

These guides are available online through the Homestamp website.

Homestamp is a partnership consortium with an interest in private sector housing comprising of Local Authorities, the Private Rented Sector, Universities, West Midlands Police and West Midlands Fire Service. By working together in partnership, they seek to make private sector housing as safe from risk as possible.

We congratulate all involved for making a real difference.
